Clive Wragg ChMC FCMI – Managing Director and Lead Consultant

Specialist areas include business improvement and transformation, change management, strategic planning, growth and turnaround.


After a successful career across the Engineering, Technology and Building Services sectors, Clive recognised the need for consultancy services that not only provided advice and guidance to businesses in the private sector, but also implementation support. Clive has held numerous C suite and board roles including Managing Director of a division of a PLC amongst others and assisted many clients along with their Senior Leadership Team to transform their business.

Clive delivers across numerous verticals and regions, with clients from Cumbria to the South East and London. He is a Chartered Management Consultant and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and founder of Resource 5 Ltd.

Kevin King MSc MIET - Associate

Specialist areas include digital transformation, business analysis and Cyber security.


With a strong foundation in technology and data-driven problem-solving, Kevin helps businesses navigate challenges and find practical solutions that drive efficiency and growth. His expertise lies in understanding complex requirements, analysing data, and designing strategies that bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business needs. Kevin has held positions as Senior Software Engineer with BT for many years along with the Ministry of Defence within a specialist IT consultancy organisation, managing projects in the UK and overseas for over 15 years.

By working closely with clients, Kevin translates ideas into actionable solutions, leveraging technology to optimise workflows, enhance decision-making, and support digital transformation by simplifying complex concepts and aligning with business goals. With a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement, Kevin brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to consulting, ensuring that solutions are not only effective but also practical and sustainable for long-term success.

Tim Samuels BSc – Associate

Specialist areas include leadership and talent development, training and conflict resolution.


Tim has over 15 years of experience as a corporate roleplay trainer and actor, along with his time as a manager in both the private and public sectors, he has a profound understanding of how experiential learning resonates in training by using professional actors to give delegates the chance to practise skills in a safe environment. He firmly believes that unless you feel and experience what it's like to try different behaviours and techniques, you'll never be able to change results in the long-term. Tim has meticulously crafted bespoke programs to equip participants with practical and effective tools for communication and influence, delivering training in large organisations around the world and locally. Tim is also a professional actor who has worked in film, TV and theatre, having performed at the Royal Shakespeare Company, the National Theatre and appeared regularly on TV.

Paul Ritchie BHu DipMgmt (Open) - Associate

Specialist areas include Business Development, Sales Strategy and Growth.


With a highly objective approach and excellent communication skills, Paul has a track record of driving growth and fostering sustainability within SME organisations. Having previously operated as Managing Director with responsibilities for the company’s strategy and growth whilst developing key management staff, Paul achieved 400% growth in both revenue and operating profit to enable the sale of the business through a Management Buy Out in April 2022. The business expanded from 50 to 140 staff during this time and remains the largest independent provider of security services in the East Midlands, he is also adept within crisis management and contingency planning including workforce mobilisation, continuity in operations and bad debt recovery. Paul has also held senior positions with Retail and Hospitality sectors, with extensive experience of peer review and shadow boards across a variety of sectors, advising and helping resolve issues and find solutions to improve their business.

Emma Spradbury MCIPD - Associate

Specialist areas include People & Culture, Organisational Design & Development, Change Management and Strategic HR.


Emma has practiced HR for over 25 years, holding senior positions in a variety of sectors including Construction, Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering & creative services. She also has wider experience extending to marketing, sales and operations management, whilst working with family-run SMEs being a particular passion! With a strategic, commercial and values-led approach, Emma uses a bespoke and blended methodology combining consultancy, coaching and mentoring to support businesses through transformation and growth. Her priority is in ensuring that organisational goals and people practices are aligned, supporting leaders to identify and achieve success on their terms. Emma is also a Trustee, working closely with a Leicestershire based charity to support children and young adults with disabilities.
